Public Notice - Proposed Lease

The Shire of Derby/West Kimberley is considering a lease proposal involving two locations situated at the Derby Airport known as Lease Area 6 and Lease Area 11.

The Shire is providing notice of the proposal and inviting submissions (as per Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995)

Lessee: Fuel Trans Australia trading as Recharge Petroleum
