To accommodate a new requirement of the WA Local Government Act, every WA local government is now required to have an independent person sit on its Executive Officer (CEO) Selection Panel. The Shire of Derby/West Kimberley therefore now invites interested people to sit on it’s CEO Selection Panel. The role of the Panel is to facilitate the recruitment and selection process for the Shire’s new CEO. The Panel will consist of several current councillors, and the appointed independent person and it will be in place until the CEO appointment is made.

The Shire of Derby/West Kimberley is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake design and construction to delivery a water spray park in Fitzroy Crossing for which the community can gather and recreate safely.
