Public Question Time
Public Question Time is a means by which the public can seek responses from their council about issues affecting the local government that are of concern to them. It assists the public to be better informed about the governing of their district and it provides the local government with a mechanism to identify issues of importance in their community.
To submit a public question please complete the online form below. A copy of the form is also available and can be submitted via email, post or in person at the Shire Administration Building, Cnr Loch and Johnston Streets, Derby; or immediately prior to the Council Meeting by placing the completed question form in the question tray in the Council Chambers.
Note: Complex questions requiring research should be submitted 3 days prior to the Council Meeting.
