Reconciliation week - Walk for Reconciliation
We invite you to join us in a Walk for Reconciliation around the Derby Jetty starting near the boat ramp and finishing up on the grassed area to share in a morning tea, have a yarn and come together as a community.
Updated Road closure and meeting point information for Walk for Reconciliation - Friday 31st May
Participants are asked to meet at the assembly area on the left hand side of the Derby Jetty where the entrance for the Wharf workers is. The walk will commence promptly at 9am, proceeding collectively along the entirety of the jetty.
Due to the anticipated increase in pedestrian traffic around the Jetty area, a partial closure of the parking facilities nearest to the Jetty will be in place for the duration of the event. Attendees will need to allow additional time for parking and walking to the designated meeting point.
The parking infront of the ablution block will be strictly for ACROD holders for the time on the event.
