• Competition is open to residents, business and community groups within Derby and Fitzroy Crossing.• Registrations need to be emailed to events@sdwk.wa..gov.au or submitted online at www.sdwk.wa.gov.au by midnight 25th November 2022 with the requested information. Paper Copies will not be accepted. By Submitting an entry, you agree to the follow term and Conditions of the 2022 Shire of Derby / West Kimberley Christmas Light Competition• Only one entry per Household and Business• Entries are open from 29th October at 9.00am• Lights Must be displayed each night from 5th December 2022• Judging will take place between 12th December – 15th December 2022 by a judging panel of representatives from Derby Community and the Shire of Derby/West Kimberley.• Winners will be announced on 15th December 2022 and winners will also be contacted by phone/email.• All prizes are being provided by Horizon Power.• Entrants’ details will be held by the Shire of Derby/West Kimberley. You may opt out at any time• Entrants acknowledge their address will be published for promotion of the Christmas lights. No names or personal details will be published.• By Submitting your entry form you agree to the details you share on this form and images maybe taken of your entered property, being used for Marketing, Media and Promotional purposes.• Participation in the Christmas light competition is at the entrants cost and all responsibility of the lights and decorations are the entrant. The entrant acknowledge they are entering the competition at their own risk. No claims can be made against, the Shire of Derby/West Kimberley or Horizon Power for any loss, damage, injury, or cost associated with the Christmas lights.• Due to possible conflict of interest, the following parties are ineligible to enter.
