Public Notice - Proposed Permanent Road Closure, Portion of Holland Street , Derby (Closed)

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Derby / West Kimberley has resolved, pursuant to Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, to initiate the process required to permanently close a 2.378 hectare unconstructed portion of Holland Street, Derby for amalgamation into all immediately adjoining lots.

The Shire is providing notice of the proposal and inviting submissions. Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the Shire of Derby / West Kimberley on or before Friday, 16 December 2022.
