Public Notice - Proposed Lease - "Area 1 Fitzroy Crossing Airport" (Closed)

The Shire of Derby/West Kimberley is considering a ground lease proposal involving a portion of the land situated within the Fitzroy Crossing Airport (designated as "Area 1").

The Shire is providing notice of the proposal and inviting submissions (as per Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995).

Submissions can be made by 4.30pm Friday 9 January 2023.
