The Shire of Derby/West Kimberley is considering a proposal of construction and use of a proposed new 'educational establishment' (i.e. school) on Lot 100 to accommodate up to 78 full-time students, plus up to 18 visiting 'induction' students, as well as 40 teaching, support, and facility management staff. 

The Shire is providing notice of the proposal and inviting comments on the proposal. (as per the Planning and Development Act 2005).

Submissions can be made prior to Friday 27 January 2023.
