Community Representative Grants
Being selected to attend a representative event is an amazing achievement, however can be a costly one. The Shire is pleased to be able to support individuals and community based organisations attend these events by providing a cash donation as a contribution towards travel, accommodation and registration expenses. The amount available is determined by the level of representation and the organisation;
- Regional level representation - $500 (ex GST) per individual*
- State level representation - $750 (ex GST) per individual*
- National level representation - $1,000 (ex GST) per individual*
* Capped at $5,000 (ex GST) per annum per sporting club / organisation even if there are more than five people participating in the representative event.
** Capped at $1,5000 (ex GST) per annum per individual, not affiliated with a club / organisation.

Applications close on the last day of each month and must be submitted on the application form below at least four weeks prior to the start of your project. Email your application to sdwk@sdwk.wa.gov.au.
